Job Description

Verktygsboden needs reinforcement for the customer service team in Borgstena.

In your role, you will handle and follow up on orders, as well as respond to customer inquiries primarily via email, but also by phone. You will have purchasing responsibility (Swedish suppliers) and some supplier meetings will be included.

The position involves many points of contact, both internally (purchasing, warehouse, logistics, etc.) and externally (primarily customers/consumers), which places high demands on the ability to create and maintain good relationships.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in a service-oriented role with significant customer contact and some purchasing responsibility. To succeed in this role, you need to have an interest in tools to manage purchases effectively.

As a person, you are positive, organized, and meticulous, as well as flexible regarding tasks. You are responsible and show commitment to your area and the company's operations. Furthermore, you are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and are accustomed to working with business systems and the Office suite. If you speak another language, it is a great plus but not a requirement.
